The Client

The Hillingdon Hospital campus is the main site and provides a full range of hospital services including emergency care, critical care, a comprehensive range of elective and non-elective general medicine (including elderly care) and surgery and a range of outpatient and diagnostic imaging services.

The Work

iC2 was appointed to Supply a Body Worn camera solution to the ED Department for the protection of service users and providers.

The Challenges

In order to keep all personnel and patients safe and secure on the site 24 hours a day iC2 had to make sure the system we provided was suitable for personnel to wear with minimal disruption.

The system we installed in The Hillingdon Hospital utilises a 18 Avigilon Motorola Body worn cameras with a 4 Terabyte Server, delivering unprecedented high definition Body worn camera images throughout the ward. This new system provides the hospital with the image quality it needs on the ward.

The Results

iC2 installed a 18 Avigilon Motorola Body worn cameras System which helped provide the best protection and security for the patients and team which is made up of nurses, doctors, pharmacy and domestics.

“I just wanted to thank iC2 for all there hard work in providing our Body worn solution. The team quickly got to grips with what was required and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and I’m delighted with the result. Avigilon equipment, whilst not the cheapest, seems very well suited to the task and I’m sure that with their continued support in the future will look to extend the provision to other clinical areas to attempt to reduce incidents and keep staff safe, we will enjoy many years of quality surveillance at the hospital. “
